However, the fall conference that should take place in late September is the talk of the town. At this event, Apple ought to announce the new-gen iPhone 14 series. That’s logical that we have got tons of leaks concerning the lineup. Among the upcoming four models, the iPhone 14 Pro is on everyone’s lips. We know many features that will appear on the new model. Based on all those leaks, some geeks created a number of CAD design drawings of the iPhone 14 Pro.
iPhone 14 Pro Renders
Today, we want to drive your attention to the CAD renders made by a whistleblower @aaple_lab. In fact, they are in line with the previous news. And as we can see, the biggest change in the appearance of the new iPhone 14 Pro is the single-hole + small pill combination. At the same time, the size of the opening seems to be larger than what we heard before. The pill-shaped cutout will accommodate at least the front camera and the Face ID infrared sensor. The round hole ought to house the Face ID dot matrix projector. As for the other two iPhone 14 models, they will use a notch screen design. By the way, the displays will come from Samsung and LG. Also, if not all, some models will support a 120Hz refresh rate.

iPhone 14 line will have models supporting LTPO technology, but only the Pro variants will come with it.

On the back, Apple will use another type of camera arrangement. The company might change the convex design of the entire module used in the past. Instead, each lens could have a protrusion individually. Honestly, this design is familiar to us. If you remember, the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra leaked before has something like that.
Of course, Apple will once again upgrade the key features. But only the Pro version will use the A16 chip. The standard version of the iPhone 14 will still use the A15 chip.
iPhone 14 Pro / Max Schematics
Well, apart from the iPhone 14 Pro CAD renders, today, we also got the schematics of the iPhone 14 Pro and MAX models.
According to the schematics, the width of the iPhone 14 Pro Max is 77.58 mm. Thus, it is slightly smaller than the 78.1 mm of the iPhone 13 Pro Max. In addition, the height of the iPhone 14 Pro Max is almost the same as the iPhone 13 Pro Max, at 160.7mm and 160.8mm, respectively.

In terms of thickness, the iPhone 14 Pro Max is 7.85 mm thick. So, we can say that it is slightly thicker than the iPhone 13 Pro Max, which is only 7.65 mm.
Getting back to the camera bump, according to Apple’s guidelines for accessory manufacturers, the current camera protrusion of the iPhone 13 Pro Max is 3.60 mm. The schematics show that the camera bump on the iPhone 14 Pro Max will be 4.17mm. In addition, the size of the camera module on the back will also increase by about 5%; the width will increase from the current 35.01mm to 36.73mm; the height will increase from 36.24mm to 38.21mm.
Weinbach also shared a schematic of the smaller iPhone 14 Pro. The latter shows that the width of the iPhone 14 Pro is almost the same as the iPhone 13 Pro, at 71.45mm and 71.5mm, respectively. Compared to the iPhone 13 Pro, the height of the iPhone 14 Pro will also remain basically unchanged at 147.46mm and 147.5mm, respectively. Like the iPhone 14 Pro Max, the iPhone 14 Pro will also have a more prominent camera measuring 4.17mm in comparison to the current 3.60mm.
