Realme is doing the preparations for its Realme GT 2 Pro event in India on April 7. At first, it seemed like a separate event to introduce the device that went official in global markets in February. However, it seems that April 7 will be one of Realme’s big events for India in 2022. The company is preparing a bunch of new products for the next Thursday and the list is growing exponentially. There is still no word if the vanilla Realme GT 2 will tag along with its sibling. However, the company has already confirmed the launch of its Realme Book Prime, Realme Buds Air 3, and a new Realme Smart TV Stick with Full HD resolution.
Realme Book Prime, Buds Air 3 will launch soon in India
If you have been following Realme news, you probably know that the Realme Book Prime and Realme Buds Air 3 aren’t exactly new products. These devices were introduced back in the last month and now are heading to India. Realme usually launches a lot of products in India first, but it has been taking an alternate route in 2022. Anyway, the Realme Buds Air 3 are truly wireless earbuds with advanced features.
Gizchina News of the week
The Realme Buds Air TWS earphones come with Active Noise Canceling, Dolby Audio support, IPX5 water resistance which is useful on rainy days, and 10 mm Dynamic Bass Boost Drivers. They have 88 ms latency and are advertised to offer up to 30 hours of music playback when paired with the charging case. The Realme Book Prime, on the other hand, is not really different from the Realme Book (Slim), the company’s very first laptop.
The Realme Book Prime comes with a new green finish and has more performance. For instance, it packs an improved processor but is still based on 11th Gen Intel architecture. The new model comes with 16 GB of RAM and has more battery life and better thermal management. We are curious to see if the laptop will grab some of the Realme Book Slim owners, or if it will only be relevant for new customers wanting to enter Realme’s ecosystem. The laptop will obviously carry Windows 11 straight out of the box.
The Realme Smart TV Stick comes as a more affordable 4K Smart Gooogle TV Stick. The new product was launched back in the next year and had 4K support and Google TV UI. The new model, however, will come with an Android 11 TV. The device will bring 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of Internal Storage. The device will come with HDR 10+ support and is able to withstand 60 fps content.
