Realme Q5 should offer 6/8/12 GB of RAM and 128/256/512 GB of storage memory, a 6.62-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels and a 5000 mAh battery with 80W fast wired charging. Realme has announced a new initiative aimed at improving the environment. From now on, some smartphones will no longer arrive with a charger.
“ We have taken initiatives to focus on sustainable development; and are also trying to achieve double zero targets such as zero carbon by 2025. This is our step towards a more sustainable environment so that we can live in a safer world; and we can proudly say that we are among the few who are truly making a difference;” Realme said in a post.
The Narzo 50A Prime will be the company’s first smartphone without a charger. If necessary, users can purchase chargers as an additional accessory.
Obviously, in the future, other Realme smartphones will lose the bundled charger. It should be noted that other well-known companies, in particular, Apple and Samsung, are already using this practice.
“This is just our small contribution to a sustainable environment. Even small but real changes can have an impact on saving the planet,” Realme concludes. However, we will soon discover which other Realme devices will come without a charger in the box, and which brands will adopt this strategy for its smartphones in the future.
