The Realme GT Neo 3 smartphone’s India launch date has been confirmed by the company’s CEO Madhav Sheth in the latest episode of Ask Madhav. Last month, Realme brought the Realme GT Neo 3 smartphone into the Chinese market. The company revealed that the Realme GT Neo 3 smartphone’s India launch is right around the corner. This announcement was made at the recently concluded Realme GT 2 Pro launch event. Now, Realme Vice President Madhav Sheth has revealed the GT Neo 3 India launch date in the latest episode of Ask Madhav.

The Realme GT Neo 3 will arrive in the Indian market on April 29. Aside from this, the top executive shed some light on the upcoming handset’s key details. Sheth noted that the GT Neo 3 with 150W fast charging support will launch in the country. In other words, Realme will be launching the 80W, as well as the 10W charging variants in India. This announcement comes just days after Sheth teased the GT Neo 3 India launch via a tweet. Sheth wrote, “Something Neo to look forward to!” hinting at the handset’s imminent launch.

Realme GT Neo 3 Launch In India Confirmed – Expected Price
To recall, the Realme GT Neo 3 was even spotted on the BIS India certification website, confirming its launch in the country. Moreover, the phone has already made its global debut. So, we already know what the handset will be offering in terms of specifications. First off, the phone sports a mammoth 6.7-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, and a 120Hz refresh rate. Moreover, the screen has a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top for additional protection. It packs an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8100 processor under the hood. This chip comes with an integrated Mali G510 GPU.
In the photography department, the phone has three rear-mounted cameras. These include a 50MP Sony IMX766 main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 2MP macro camera. Upfront, the phone houses a 16MP snapper for capturing selfies and video calling. Furthermore, the GT Neo 3 supports two battery-charging configurations. The 5,000mAh battery unit model supports 80W fast charging. However, you get 150W fast charging with the 4,500mAh battery unit variant.
Aside from this, the phone comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner, and heart rate monitoring capabilities. Other notable features include a Dolby Atmos audio, stereo speaker setup, and a Type-C charging port. The starting price of the GT Neo 3 in China is RMB 1999. So, it could retail for around INR 24,000 in India. According to a report by MySmartPrice, the phone’s India price could range between INR 25,000 – and INR 30,000.
