When you look in the mirror, what do you want to see? Do you want it to reflect you or the better you? Well, this is a rhetorical question. But what if the mirror in your house will assist you? Would you obey it? Mirror released its first so-called fitness mirror in 2018. When it debuted, this mirror made a furor. In effect, a few more popular brands designed and launched their own models. Among them, we can mention NordicTrack and Echelon. Today, we are going to talk about an interesting model coming our way from Fiture. The latter is offering a $1,495 interactive connected mirror, which is capable of interacting with us in real-time and supports gestures, and voice commands, and of course, allows us to create our own workouts programs.

But the mirror’s smart motion sensors recognize more than 1,000 different movements. They include HIIT, strength, boxing, cardio, yoga, and dance. Those sensors also count reps, pace, sets, and time. There are in-built assistants that will tell you whether you are doing anything wrong or what you have to improve.

When it comes to gestures, not everything works perfectly but there are concrete gestures that will be recognized by the fitness mirror with no errors, for instance, raising hands.

This fitness mirror also serves as a trainer or a workout program creator. Through the app, you can pick specific movements from the Fiture library. You can even set a time for each movement as well as the number of reps. Once done, it will help you improve your workouts and reach goals. However, we should point out that this is quite helpful for beginners, while for more experienced users, it might be annoying.
