We’ve finally reached May and Google is preparing to reveal Android 13 in all its glory. The next version of the mobile operating system is already doing its rounds of testing through the Developer Previews, but we expect the Google I/O event, scheduled for later this week, to bring all details on the upcoming OS. Shortly after the reveal, the company may also announce the Android 13 beta program, which also includes some lucky third-party Android OEMs. We may see some of the more recent Xiaomi smartphones being eligible for these betas, but how about the full-fledged Android 13? Well, the next version may arrive under MIUI 13 or even MIUI 13.5 and we have a list of all the devices that will be getting this update.
Android 13 is still giving early steps ahead of the full-fledged release. The stable rollout may happen by September or October this year. Shortly after this, we may see the Android OEMs, including Xiaomi, rolling out the update for some lucky devices. If you’re planning to be on the latest Android version no matter the consequences, it’s a good idea to check the list with all devices getting the Android 13 release under Xiaomi’s MIUI skin. It may clear out if it’s time to upgrade your smartphone if you’re the kind of person that always want to be on the latest possible software.
The list comes straight from the folks at Xiaomiui.net via mi24x7. It will allow you to check whether your device will be ready for the Android 13 party or not. The list contains Xiaomi, Redmi, and POCO-branded handsets.

Interestingly, the list states that the Redmi Note 8 2021 is among the list of “possibilities”. But honestly, we have high doubts that this device will get the latest Android version. The device can’t be really considered a success and is more a pointless release than anything else. The list also reveals which smartphones won’t get the update.
