Now, it looks like the iQOO Neo 6 India launch has been confirmed. A poster image with key details has been spotted in the BGMI Open Challenge video.
The upcoming phone from iQOO has been subject to multiple leaks lately. Leaker Mukul Sharma had recently divulged some details about the Indian variant of the Neo 6. Notably, Sharma claims that the Indian variant will have different specs than the Chinese model. The poster image gives us a glimpse into the handset’s rear design. Moreover, it reveals the handset’s color options and fast charging capabilities. On the downside, the iQOO Neo 6 India launch date isn’t mentioned on the poster. The launch detail is missing from the image video as well.

However, 91mobiles predicts that iQOO will announce the Neo 6 India launch later this month. Notably, this is the first Neo series phone from iQOO in India. The iQOO 6 Neo India model will boast slightly different specs than the Chinese model. For instance, it will pack the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. The Chinese model, on the other hand, comes with the Snapdragon 870 chipset. Further, the Indian model will offer 80W fast charging support. Aside from this, the publication has revealed the expected iQOO Neo 6 price in India. The Neo 6 Indian version could cost anywhere between INR 30,000 to INR 35,000.

In China, the iQOO Neo 6 features a 6.62-inch AMOLED display. This screen offers Full-HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Now, the Indian version will come with a Snapdragon 870 chipset. This processor will pair with an Adreno GPU. To recall, a Neo 6 series phone was spotted on Geekbench with the Adreno 642L GPU in March. Moreover, the phone could ship with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM. It is likely to offer 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. Also, the Neo 6 is likely to boot Android 12. This operating system will have a layer of OriginOS skin on top.
The phone will come with a robust 4,700mAh battery. This cell will support 80W fast charging. For security, the Neo 6 could feature an in-display fingerprint scanner. There’s a triple rear camera setup for optics. The phone houses a 64MP f/1.89 Samsung ISOCELL+ GW1P main camera. Aside from this, there’s a 12MP ultra-wide lens on the back. Lastly, it features a 2MP monochrome rear shooter. Upfront, the phone has a 16MP selfie camera. It also supports multiple connectivity options. There’s a USB Type-C port for charging as well.
