The Vivo X80 series will go on sale in India for the first time today, May 25. The lineup includes the X80 and X80 Pro models. To recap, Vivo launched the X80 series in India last week. However, the lineup was subject to multiple leaks before going official in the country. For instance, the X80 series colors, RAM, and storage for India were tipped earlier this month. However, Vivo has finally put these speculations to rest by unveiling the X80 series.

Notably, the Pro variants get a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip. However, the vanilla Vivo X80 packs a Dimensity 9000 processor. Further, the X80 and X80 Pro sport a 6.78-inch display. This screen delivers a Full HD+ resolution on the X80. Likewise, it offers a Quad HD+ resolution on the Pro model. For optics, the X80 series houses a 50MP rear camera. Also, it features an impressive front shooter for selfies and video calls. It also supports 80W FlashCharge.

The Vivo X80 is available in two configurations. You can choose between an 8GB RAM+128GB storage, and a 12GB RAM+256GB storage model. Further, the base model will set you back INR 54,999. However, the 12GB RAM model carries a slightly steeper price tag. It is available for INR 59,999. The Vivo X80 Pro will pack 12GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage. The price of this variant is INR 79,999 on Flipkart. Also, HDFC Bank card users can avail of an INR 7,000 discount. This is an unmissable launch offer.

The Vivo X80 sports a 6.78-inch AMOLED display. Moreover, this screen provides a Full HD+ resolution. Also, it offers a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1000 nits. The phone has an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC. Also, it comes with a Mali G710 GPU for graphics. Further, it gets a hearty LPDDR5 RAM of up to 12GB. It ships with up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The phone boots Android 12 with FunTouchOS 12 on top.

The Pro variant gets a quad rear camera setup.

    32MP front-facing lens with f/2.45 aperture sounds interesting and the D9000 by Mediatek will make the camera performance more prominent.
