The Realme Pad X tablet’s India launch has been teased. A slew of other key details about the tablet has also surfaced online. Realme launched the Pad X in its home country of China on May 26. This is the third tablet from a Shenzhen-based company. To recap, Realme made its foray into the tablet segment by launching the Realme Pad last year. It unveiled another tablet dubbed the Realme Pad Mini earlier this year.
The brand is sparing no effort to tighten its grip in India’s tablet segment. So, Realme is now prepping to bring its newest tablet, the Pad X into the Indian market. Realme CEO Madhav Sheth teased the tablet’s India launch after it went official in China. Regrettably, he did not divulge the Realme Pad X India launch date. However, a new report by 91mobiles has shed light on the tablet’s launch timeline.
Further, the report reveals the Pad X tablet’s RAM, storage, and color options. The Indian version of the Realme Pad X will come in three color options. Moreover, it will be available in two memory and storage configurations. The Realme Pad X will launch in India in the first half of June, as per the report. So, it will probably arrive by June 15. Also, Realme could release an official invite for the tablet’s launch soon. The Indian version of the Pad X will be available in Glowing Grey, Racing Green, and Glacier Blue colors.

The Pad X could be up for grabs in two RAM and storage options. These include a 4GB RAM+64GB storage model, and a 6GB RAM+128GB storage variant. The Realme Pad X tablet’s starting price in China is CNY 1299 (about INR 15,000). However, the tablet could carry a slightly steeper price in India. As per an earlier report, the Realme Pad X India price could be around INR 18,000. However, Realme has neither confirmed nor denied this speculation. More details are likely to pop up on the internet in the coming days.
The Pad X sports a mammoth 11-inch display with 2K resolution. Further, the screen offers a 60Hz screen refresh rate. The display offers an aspect ratio of 5:3 and brightness of up to 450 nits. Under the hood, it packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G SoC. Moreover, a robust 8,340mAh battery powers up the entire system. Also, this cell supports 33W fast charging. The Pad X comes with a decent camera setup. The rear panel houses a 13MP camera. Upfront, there’s an 8MP shooter for selfies and video calling.
The Realme tablet features four speakers that support Dolby Atmos. Further, it weighs only 499 grams and it is just 7.1mm thick. Morever, the tablet boots Android 12 OS with UI 3.0 for Pad on top. Other notable features include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Type-C port, and Hi-Res audio. It is unclear whether the Indian version will come with a stylus and keyboard case.
