Staying true to its words, Poco has launched two new smartphones with the F4 5G and X4 GT monikers. The Poco F4 5G has gone official in India. The X4 GT, on the other hand, was announced globally on June 23. The 5G-ready phone is reportedly a rebrand of the Redmi K40S.
Likewise, the Poco X4 GT is said to be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 11T Pro. Notably, they boast similar specifications. To recap, Poco officially announced the F4 5G India launch date earlier this month. Now, the F-series phones have a reputation for being all-rounder phones. The Poco F1 was the first smartphone to launch under the aforesaid series in 2018. The lineup comprises handsets with top-notch displays, cameras, and a slew of awe-inspiring features.

Now, the recently unveiled handsets feature a punch-hole cutout in the center. The side edge houses a fingerprint sensor. For optics, they have a triple rear camera setup. Also, they run the boot MIUI 13 custom skin. Moreover, the F4 5G packs a flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor. Poco had officially confirmed that the F4 5G will get an SD 870 SoC in India earlier this month. The phone sports an AMOLED display. The X4 GT gets a Dimensity 8100 chip. It has an LCD panel with a 144Hz refresh rate. Also, it runs Android 12 with MIUI 13 on top.

The Poco F4 5G smartphone’s price in India starts at INR 27,999. For this price, you get the 6GB RAM+128GB storage variant. Moreover, there’s an 8GB RAM+128GB storage model that will set you back INR 29,999. Lastly, you can go for the 12GB RAM+256GB storage model if you are willing to shell out INR 33,999. A microsite for the Poco F4 5G is now live on the company’s India website. It suggests that the phone will be available for purchase on Flipkart.
Notably, the F4 5G will be available for a lowered price during the introductory offer period. You will be able to purchase it for INR 23,999, INR 25,999, and INR 29,999, respectively. Further, you will be able to avail of an INR 1,000 instant discount. Also, Oppo will be offering INR 3,000 on EMI and off on SBI Bank Debit/Credit cards. You will be able to choose between Moonlight Silver, Nebula Green, and Night Black color options. The Poco F4 5G will go on its first sale in India on June 27 via Flipkart.
