Blogger Evan Blass, also known as @Evleaks, has published high-quality renderings of the mid-range Oppo A97 5G smartphone, which will be presented soon.
The images give an idea of the design of the device. In its rear part, there is a double camera, the elements of which are enclosed in two round areas. According to available information, 48 and 2 megapixels sensors are available, supplemented by an LED flash.
The Oppo A97 5G will receive a 6.56-inch Full HD + display with a resolution of 1080 × 2412 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz. Centered at the top of this panel is an 8-megapixel selfie camera.

Also, the Oppo A97 5G appears in the renderings in three colors – pink, blue and black. There’s a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a standard 3.5mm headphone jack, and a USB Type-C port. Versions with 8 and 12 GB of RAM will allegedly go on sale. The capacity of the flash drive in both cases will be 256 GB. Power will be provided by a 5000 mAh battery with 33 W charging.
Recently, the company has unveiled the Oppo A57 4G smartphone. To recall, the A57 5G version debuted in April with a price tag of $235. The new version costs $160, of course, in many aspects inferior to the older one, but not in everything. For example, the same battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh is available, only the older version has a 10-watt charge, while the new version has a very decent 33-watt charge. So, in almost all other respects, the smartphones are identical, except that the new version has a screen with support for only 60 Hz. At the same time, this is the same IPS panel with a diagonal of 6.56 inches with HD + resolution.
