Chinese manufacturer, Xiaomi, releases a long list of smartphones manually. However, its best devices are usually in the digital series as well as the Redmi K series. The Redmi K series is presently at the Redmi K50 series. However, the company is yet to unveil the top version of the series, the Redmi K50 Ultra. According to reports, the company will probably release the Redmi K50 Ultra in August. Nevertheless, before the official launch of this device, information on the next generation Redmi K series is already here. The first report on the Redmi K60 series hit the public domain today.
The report is from popular Weibo tech blogger, @DCS. According to the leakster’s post today, a smartphone is coming with the combination “1310/11-d8200+sm8475+sm8550~”. In layman’s terms, the Redmi K60 series may include Redmi K60 Standard Edition, Redmi K60 Pro and Redmi K60 Gaming Edition. The chips in this series will be the MediaTek Dimensity 8200, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chips. However, the first number “1310/11” refers to the motor or speaker model.

Redmi K60 series to launch next year
According to the tech blogger, the Redmi K60 series will not be official until next year. The blogger recently broke the news that the current prototype of Xiaomi’s next-generation sub-series model is the Dimensity/Snapdragon dual platform with TSMC’s 4nm process. He also reveals that the display has a center single punch-hole design. The flexible display supports 2K resolution and it also uses a 50-megapixel new outsole is used. It has two fast charging solutions for large batteries of 100 watts. Furthermore, this flagship series will also re-introduce the optical under-screen fingerprint sensor.
