The company officially confirmed the Vivo V25 Pro 5G India launch via a teaser earlier this month. Now, the device is on the verge of going official in the country. However, it continues to make appearances online in the form of leaks.
To recap, Vivo had revealed a few specifications of the V25 Pro 5G ahead of the smartphone’s official unveiling. The handset sports an appealing color-changing rear panel. Also, it sports a triple rear camera setup. The Vivo V25 Pro 5G bagged the IMEI certification back in May. The listing indicated that the 5G-ready phone could be a rebranded Vivo S15 Pro. However, Vivo put these speculations to rest by officially revealing the device’s key details.

Now, a report by UMA Technology (via tipster Paras Guglani) suggests that the V25 Pro 5G will be available in India in two storage configurations. Moreover, the report claims that the base model will get 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage capacity. Also, it suggests that the base model of the Vivo V25 Pro 5G smartphone’s price in India will be INR 39,999. Likewise, Vivo will launch a 12GB RAM+256GB storage variant. This model will carry a steeper price tag of INR 43,999.
Further, the smartphone will be available in Pure Black and Sailing Blue color options. The Sailing Blue colorway will feature a color-changing back panel. The leaked price is a major sign that the Vivo V25 Pro 5G will compete with the OnePlus 10R in the Indian market. Moreover, the device could lock horns with the Realme GT Neo 3 smartphone. Both handsets were launched in India earlier this year.
The handsets support up to 150W fast charging and come with a Dimensity 8100 SoC. Also, they sport a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The V25 Pro will reportedly feature a 120Hz refresh rate display. The screen will sport a hole-punch cutout for a 32MP selfie camera. The device will house a triple rear camera setup featuring a 64MP main sensor. Further, it will comprise an 8MP ultrawide sensor and a 2MP macro lens.
