The Vivo V25 smartphone’s launch in Malaysia is right around the corner. The handset will boast the same specs as the Indian variant. Vivo is prepping to launch its recently unveiled V25 smartphone in Malaysia. The company recently released the V25 series featuring the V25 and the V25 Pro smartphones. Notably, the Indian market received the V25, V25 Pro, and V25e models.

The V25e boasts the lowest specifications among the three V25 series phones. It comes with a Snapdragon 720G SoC, and 8GB of RAM. To recap, the V25e was spotted on Google Play Console with Helio 699 chip back in July. The vanilla V25 uses a decent MediaTek Dimensity 900 to draw its power. Moreover, the vanilla model ships with 8GB and 12GB of RAM. Moreover, the device sports a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 90Hz.

The Vivo V25 series will launch in Malaysia on August 29. The lineup will ideally comprise the V25e, V25, and V25 Pro models. However, a report by KL Gadget Guy suggests that the Pro model isn’t likely to launch in the country. To recap, Vivo did not launch the V23 Pro in Malaysia as part of the V23 series. Now, the V25e and V25 will reportedly bring minor upgrades over the previous models.

The vanilla V25 will come with an in-display fingerprint scanner. Moreover, the screen will feature a water drop notch to accommodate the huge 50MP front shooter with autofocus. For optics, the handset will house a triple rear camera setup featuring a 64MP main sensor with OIS. Also, it has an 8MP ultra-wide and a 2MP macro sensor on the back. The camera setup is inside a squarish module that sports round edges.

Also, a 4500mAh battery unit will be powering up the entire system. This cell supports 44W fast charging. Further, the handset will come with 128 or 256GB of internal storage. Aside from this, the dual-SIM smartphone supports 5G connectivity. It also supports Bluetooth 5.2, WiFi 6, and USB-C port for charging. Moreover, the device will be available in Sunrise Gold, Aquamarine Blue, and Diamond Black color options.

Regrettably, details about the Vivo V25 series price in Malaysia are still scarce. Also, Vivo Malaysia is still mum on the availability of the upcoming smartphones. Nevertheless, the pricing and other details of the V25 series will be announced on August 29. It will be interesting to see what variants will be heading to the Malaysian market.
