The Motorola Edge 30 Neo smartphone’s possible color options have surfaced online ahead of the handset’s official unveiling. To recap, past leaks indicated that Motorola is working on a new smartphone dubbed Motorola Edge Lite. This purported smartphone carried the Motorola Miami codename. Further, it was tipped to pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC under the hood.
The Motorola Edge Lite will ship with up to 8GB of RAM and offer 256GB of internal storage, as per earlier reports. Moreover, it will reportedly come in Very Peri, Ice Palace, Black Onyx, and Aqua Foam color options. Motorola took the wraps off the Edge Lite smartphone on July 7, 2020. Now, noted leaker Evan Blass has teamed up with 91mobiles to reveal the Motorola Edge 30 Neo color options.

Notably, the report suggests that the Motorola Edge 30 Neo first carried the Edge 30 Lite moniker. Blass has shared the alleged renders of the smartphone’s color options. Moreover, these renders give us a glimpse into the upcoming smartphone’s design. The display of the Motorola Edge 30 Neo has a hole-punch cutout to accommodate the selfie camera. There’s a USB Type-C port at the bottom.

Also, the bottom houses a speaker grille, as well as the SIM tray. In the photography department, the Edge 30 Neo features a dual rear camera setup. According to a report by Gadgets 360, the rear camera module has a 64MP main sensor and an LED flashlight. Further, the right spine appears to house the power button and the volume rockers. The word on the street is that the Edge 30 Neo will come with a Snapdragon 695 SoC.
The smartphone is said to offer up to 8GB of RAM, coupled with 256GB of onboard storage. Also, the Edge 30 Neo will reportedly sport a pOLED display that delivers a 120Hz refresh rate. A 4,020mAh battery unit could be powering up the entire system. These specifications coincide with the leaked details of the Edge 30 Lite that surfaced online in June. This report confirmed that the device carries the Miami codename.
However, Motorola hasn’t confirmed nor denied these speculations yet. In the meantime, the Lenovo-owned company is prepping to host a launch event in India on September 8. Motorola will be unveiling the Edge 30 Ultra and Edge 30 Fusion smartphones at the impending event.
