For two years now, Apple has been releasing four different variants of the iPhone line-up instead of three. For example, Apple released the iPhone 11, 11 Pro and the 11 Pro Max in 2019. But in 2020,they released the iPhone 12, 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max and new addition the iPhone 12 mini. Same continued for the 2021 iPhone 13 series. But what happens with iPhone 14 series?
This year Apple is set to release their new lineup the iPhone 14 series. As usual, we expect the same four variants. However, rumors has it that something different will occur this year. Apple has decided to to substitute a new iPhone 14 Vanilla Max in place of the mini version of their iPhone lineup.
There have been a lot of rumors gravitating online. Suggesting that there will be at least a $100 increase in the price of the Pro models of the iPhone 14. But TrendForce thinks otherwise. According to them, the iPhone 14 will even be $50 cheaper than its predecessor. Last year’s iPhone 13 mini sold at $700, But since it is no more part of the iPhone family, the main iPhone 14 model may have its price at 750 to $800.
However, the 2 Pro models will see their pricing increased. Some analysts suggest a $100 increment while TrendForce also predicts only $50 increment. With all these ups and downs in price predictions, one thing you must know is that these devices have never been cheap. And the iPhone 14 series will not be exempted.
