As per their project timeline, it is time for mass production of Armor 15 to start soon. Their workers in the plant have been professionally trained with the vision to provide reliable products and services to customers. Workers assemble the produced motherboards, card slots, cameras, power supplies and other components. This step is completely manual and requires very careful attention. When a complete mobile phone is assembled, a series of tests will be carried out. Specifically on the contacts, accuracy, touch screen, operating system, camera replacement, induction, earphones, calls and much more.
According to Ulefone officials, last step for the production are numerous durability tests for the Armor 15. Including touch screen test, pressing test, mini-drop endurance test, USB endurance test, drop test of 1.5M from multi-angle, crushing test, high/low temperature test of -40℃-55℃, sand & dust test, tumble test, 1.5m waterproof test within 30 minutes, ball pressure test 30g/60g/90g/130g or aging test. Those tests are made to secure the durability and toughness of the machine.
Judging from the production tempo, it seems the Armor 15 is almost ready to get shipped to the backers and fans. And it should be available on the Ulefone’s official website pretty soon as well. So are you ready for it ?
