The much-awaited Tecno Pova 4 smartphone’s India launch could be right around the corner, according to a new report. Tecno Mobile has been on a launch spree lately. Now, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer is reportedly on the verge of unveiling its next-gen Pova smartphones.
To recap, Tecno Mobile launched its Pova Neo 5G in India earlier this month. In fact, the market is teeming with Pova 3 series smartphones. The original Pova 3 arrived in the Indian market back in June. Now, the Pova 3 successors are gearing up to make their debut in the country.
Tecno Pova 4 India Launch
The Tecno Pova 4 series will reportedly launch in India soon. Noted tipster Paras Guglani’s report on NewzOnly sheds some light on the Pova 4 design and color options. However, it is worth mentioning here that Tecno Mobile has neither confirmed nor denied this speculation. Meanwhile, a Tecno Pova 4 poster has surfaced online.

The poster showcases the upcoming Tecno smartphone’s Black, Grey, and Blue color options. The Black variant has orange accents on top, giving it a dual-tone appearance. Notably, the Pova 4 seems to draw inspiration from the Pova Neo 2 for its outward appearance. Furthermore, Guglani claims the Tecno Pova 4 India launch will take place around Diwali.
Regrettably, details about the Pova 4 smartphone’s exact India launch date are still scarce. However, the reliable leaker suggests the smartphone will be available in a single 8GB RAM model. This variant will offer 256GB of onboard storage, according to Paras. Moreover, the handset will reportedly run Android 12 with HiOS 8.6 on top. Under the hood, it will pack a MediaTek Helio G99 SoC.
Also, the Pova 4 could draw its juices from a mammoth 6000mAh battery. This cell supports 18W fast charging, For optics, the handset will probably get two rear-mounted cameras. This includes a 50MP primary sensor. Also, it might come with a 2MP depth/ macro sensor. The device will sport a 6.82-inch display with HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate.
Moreover, the Pova 4 could support up to 5GB of Extended RAM. Aside from this, Paras did not divulge any other details about the Pova 4. Nevertheless, Tecno Mobile could share more information about its upcoming smartphone soon.
