Since the official launch of the iPhone 14 series, a couple of agencies have been tracking their sales. According to the reports, relative to the iPhone 13 Pro, the iPhone 14 Pro model is still large. However, the iPhone 14 is still weaker than the iPhone 13. Nevertheless, the iPhone 14 Plus is still in high demand, there seems to be a change. Since its launch, the iPhone 14 Pro has been a very popular device for consumers. In the fourth week, JPMorgan analysts’ Apple Product Availability Tracker on Sunday sees a similar situation to the previous week. There is a strong demand for the Pro models and weaker demand for non-Pro models.
However, the lifeline of the iPhone 14 series depends on the iPhone 14 Plus. As the October 7 launch date looms, deliveries for the model have begun to stretch. The delivery now exceeds the launch date in most regions except the US. JPMorgan Chase believes that this is a sign that the model is gaining favour with consumers as the launch date approaches.
Delivery time stretch to over a month in some regions
Overall, the average delivery times for the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max across all regions were 2 days, 33 days and 40 days, respectively. Relative to the iPhone 13, the iPhone 14 has shorter lead times. The iPhone 14 Pro has “in line with demand, or even slightly lower”, and the iPhone 14 Pro Max has a “more extended” lead time.
