It looks like a pair of Nothing over-the-ear headphones could be in the offing and its fan design is nothing short of stunning. The first product launched by Carl Pei’s brand Nothing was the Ear (1) TWS earbuds. The company went on to launch its first-ever smartphone dubbed Nothing Phone (1) back in July.
Now, Nothing is gearing up to launch new earphones called Nothing Ear (Stick). The brand will host a launch event on October 26 at 3:00 BST to unveil its new earphones. In the meantime, Nothing has hinted at an imminent launch of a pair of over-the-ear headphones.

Taking to his Twitter account, Pei shared a Nothing Headphone concept design made by a fan. The official Twitter account of the company has reshared Pei’s tweet with the caption, “Shoud we?” This is a major sign that Nothing could launch a set of over-the-ear headphones soon.
Nothing Over-The-Ear Headphones Launch Imminent
In his tweet, Pei shared a series of Nothing renders designed by the online magazine Yanko Design. For those unaware, Yanko Design covers the best international product designs. Notably, the purported headphones adopt Nothing’s trademark design. For instance, the earcups have LED strips like the Glyph interface on the Phone (1).

Furthermore, the brand’s alleged set of headphones sports a transparent design language like other products from the company. Nothing is reportedly prepping to launch a Lite version of its maiden smartphone. However, details about the Phone (1) Lite are still scarce.
The Yanko Design created renders showcase a pair of headphones in black and white color options. Interestingly, Pei thinks the design is pretty impressive. Nothing announced the Ear (Stick) TWS earbuds last week but is still mum on its key specifications and features. Nevertheless, past leaks have given us a glimpse into the upcoming earphone design.
The Nothing Ear (Stick) will adopt a half-in-ear TWS earbuds design. So, we can expect them to offer superior comfort. Moreover, the earbuds will come in a lipstick-like case with dual cutouts to accommodate the earbuds. Regrettably, hardware details about the upcoming earbuds are also scarce.
However, a report by 91mobiles suggests the Ear (Stick) will retain features of the Nothing Ear (1). Also, the Phone (1) is on the verge of receiving the Android 13 beta update. The company recently released the fourth update Nothing OS 1.1.4 since the launch of the handset.
