Today, Apple released the official version of the iOS 16.1 update. This is the first major update of the iOS 16 operating system since its public release. The company also released the official version of iPadOS 16. Both of these updates bring many features to Apple’s iPhone and iPad users. However, Apple’s instructions reveal that five features will delay until this year.
iOS 16/ iPadOS 16 upcoming features

One of Apple’s signature features of iPadOS 16 is pre-stage scheduling. However, the pre-stage scheduling support for external displays has been delayed until later in 2022. SharePlay on Apple’s iOS 16 and iPadOS 16 will see a new feature later this year. Users will be able to use SharePlay to play games with friends and family via FaceTime.
