Realme 10 Pro+ to cost less than $300 (INR 25,000) in India

Realme 10 Pro

Earlier this month, Realme introduced the Realme 10 series in China. The company split the releases throughout the month, with the Realme 10 Pro and Pro+ appearing a few weeks back. Namely, we have the Realme 10 4G, 10 5G, Pro, and 10 Pro+. Obviously, the latter two devices are the more interesting. These two are available only in China, but that will change soon. Realme Vice President Madhav Sheth shared a cryptic meme teaser of the smartphone series indicating its launch in India.

The teaser in question played with the possible pricing of the Realme 10 Pro+. In the video, the company’s VP states the importance of the Realme 10 Pro+. The smartphone brings the curved display to more users at an affordable price. In the background, two people from the Product team are seen figuring out how to fit it under the INR 25,000 (~$306) price segment. We know that the teaser is not there by coincidence. The company probably already figured out how to bring the smartphone under this price. Therefore, it will be quite an interesting option for the Indian market. Also, it will be the first smartphone with an affordable price featuring a curved screen.

In China, the Realme 10 Pro+ costs CNY 1,699 (INR 19,400 / $236) in China. But we all know that these Chinese prices never reflect to the prices on global markets. At least in India, Realme is trying to make them closer. However, only time will tell how interesting the deal will be for Indian customers.
