The Samsung Galaxy M14 5G and Galaxy F14 5G smartphones have been spotted on the BIS certification website ahead of the India launch.
Samsung is known for launching budget devices under its M series. Now, the Korean smartphone giant is reportedly prepping to unveil a new M series device for the Indian market.
To recap, the Samsung Galaxy M14 5G has already passed through the Geekbench website. This is a major sign that the handset’s launch is around the corner.
The Galaxy M14 5G has now appeared on the Bureau of Indian Standards certification website. Also, another device has bagged the BIS certification. According to a report by MySmartPrice, this device could be Galaxy F14 5G.

Notably, the Galaxy M14 5G and Galaxy F14 5G carry model numbers SM-M146B/DS and SM-E146B/DS on the BIS website, respectively. Regrettably, these listings do not reveal any key details about the forthcoming handsets.
To recap, Samsung unveiled the Galaxy M13 5G back in July. However, details about its much-awaited successor have been scarce.

The Geekbench listing of the Galaxy M14 5G has shed some light on the upcoming handset’s key details. Notably, the handset packs an Exynos s5e8535 SoC under the hood.
According to a report by MySmartPrice, this could turn out to be the Exynos 1330 SoC. Samsung is currently prepping to launch the 5G SoC.
Moreover, the Geekbench listing suggests the chip has two 2.4GHz cores and six 2.00GHz efficiency cores. Also, it will ship with 4GB of RAM. Samsung is likely to launch more RAM and storage options.
Also, the Geekbench listing shows the Galaxy M14 5G will boot Android 13 OS with One UI 5.0 skin on top. The phone scored 751 and 2051 points in Geekbench’s single-core and multi-core tests.
The Galaxy F13 packs an Exynos 850 processor. Also, it comes with 4GB of RAM and sports a Full HD+ display. Moreover, the handset has a 50MP main camera. Lastly, a 6,000mAh battery unit powers up the entire system.
