Earlier in February this year, Samsung launched the Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 which featured an Intel chipset. The South Korean tech company has now unveiled the same kind of laptop with a Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3 chipset.
The new laptop from Samsung is almost ready to hit the market. Samsung will officially launch it in South Korea with a price tag of KRW 1.89 million ($1497).
The Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3 chipset happens to be the first ever 5nm ARM chipset that was made for Windows laptop computers. It was launched in late 2021 with major performance improvements over its predecessor.
The Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 Snapdragon Edition Comes With Massive Upgrades
If compared with the Gen 2, the Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3 offers a massive 85% multi-core CPU performance over the older version. Graphic improvement was also a big jump. The new chipset offers about 60% more GPU performance while NPU went up to 29 TOPS.

This version looks the same as the Intel version. It also features 13.3-inch AMOLED Display. It has a light weight of just 1.04kg and a thickness of 11.5mm making it one of the lightest and thinnest laptops on the market currently.
Just like the name suggests, this laptop can flip around in 360 degrees. With the help of the included S-Pen, you can easily get a lot of jobs done without touching a keyboard or the track pad.
The Intel edition has a very good battery life which seems to be more than enough. It can give you upto 21 hours of battery life on video play back. The Snapdragon edition takes this even further, offering 35hours of battery on video playback.
The new edition also features a built-in 5G connectivity and support for WiFi 63 as well. More improvements come with higher prices too. The new edition will sell for KRW 1.89 million while the Intel type sells for KRW 1.65 million.
Launch Date Of The Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360
As stated earlier, the Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 will launch in the home country South Korea on the 16th of January 2023. As it stands now, there is no information about a global launch yet.
