Several reports have claimed that Honor is working on a flat display edition of the Honor 80 Pro. Well, it seems that Honor has already launched the device! And it is now available for purchase in China’s offline stores.

Honor 80 Pro Flat Display Edition Specs
The Honor 80 Pro flat display edition has a 162.5 x 75.3 x 7.9 mm body that weighs around 186 to 193 grams. Its flat screen is a 6.67-inch OLED panel with an FHD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The panel features a 120Hz refresh rate, 10-bit colors, 1920Hz PWN dimming, and up to 1000 nits of brightness. Besides that, the display comes with an under-display fingerprint scanner, which is reported to be extremely reliable.
Under the hood, there is a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. Unlike the regular version, Honor has underclocked the CPU for the flat display edition of 80 Pro. You will also find a 4800 mAh battery with 66W fast charging support.

Furthermore, on the back of the 80 Pro flat screen edition, you have a 160 MP primary camera. That sensor is paired with an 8 MP ultra-wide and 2 MP macro camera. And unlike the regular version, the front of the flat display edition has a single camera cutout. It houses a single 32 MP selfie shooter.
In terms of storage and RAM, the flat display version does not have much to offer. It only comes in one variant, which offers 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. And finally, the phone is currently running the MagicOS 7.0 version, which is based on Android 12.
Price of the Flat Screen Edition
The Honor 80 Pro flat display edition is priced at 3599 Yuan, which is roughly $528. It is available in three colors: Jade Green, Pink, and Black.
