In August of last year, Oppo launched its new smart watch series. Oppo launched the Watch 3 and the Watch 3 Pro with quite a number of features. The Oppo Watch 3 Pro has everything to be on par with other flagship smart watches such as the Apple Watch and the Galaxy Watch.
The Oppo Watch 3 Pro Specifications
As a matter of fact, it beats the Apple Watch and the Galaxy Watch in some areas. A notable example of this is the screen size. The Apple Watch Series 8 comes with a screen size of 1.9-inch. The Galaxy Watch 5 Pro which was launched the same day as the Oppo Watch 3 Pro also comes with a screen size of 1.4″.
The Oppo Watch 3 Pro comes with a screen size of 1.91″. A screen size bettered by only the Apple Watch Ultra with a screen size of 1.92-inch. It also comes with other features such as eSIM support, AMOLED display with 327ppi and Always-On-Display. It also comes with WearOS 3 and powered by the Snapdragon W5+ Gen1 (4nm) chipset.

Oppo Launches the Oppo Watch 3 Pro WeChat Edition
With these features, Oppo does not seem to finish with the Watch 3 yet. Hence, launching another model of the watch 3 with a much-needed feature. Oppo has announced the Oppo Watch 3 WeChat edition. This watch brings the contactless payment, a featured which the Watch 3 and the Watch 3 Pro lacked.
The new WeChat edition does not seem to differ in any way to the Oppo Watch 3 Pro. Apart from the NFC capabilities of this watch, all other features match that of the Watch 3 Pro. Oppo has also said that this watch offers the ability to send voice replies using the mic or text replies using the keyboard. It also allows you to view pictures on the 1.91-inch display as well as sending preset quick replies. In as much as these features are very useful, you can also find same features on the Oppo Watch 3 Pro.
