OnePlus has scheduled a big event for February 7 where it will present the OnePlus 11 to global markets. In addition to the super-flagship, the brand will also launch its first tablet, OnePlus Pad, a new Smart TV, and a keyboard in India. In addition to these, the brand will also bring the OnePlus 11R cost-effective flagship to India. The device leaked before but had its design hidden by a protective case. However, rumors have been pointing it to look like the regular OnePlus 11. Now, a set of leaked renders, courtesy of Abhishek Yadav, come to reveal the phone’s gorgeous design.
OnePlus 11R design confirmed
The OnePlus 11R will retain the design language introduced with the OnePlus 11. We have the “P” shaped cutout at the back serving as a house for a circular camera island. There are three camera shooters and a fourth hole for the LED flash. The most notable difference between this and the regular OnePlus 11 is the lack of the Hasselblad logo. Obviously, the cheaper phone will not retain the goodies brought by the partnership with the lens maker.

The front of the phone also shows a major difference in comparison to the regular OnePlus 11. The OnePlus 11R has a centered punch-hole camera at the top of the display. The renders also show a slightly curved display, but we assume this is the result of a 2.5D glass effect. The render also confirms the comeback of the alert slider right above the power button on the right side. The left frame serves as a house for the volume rocker. The USB Type-C port should sit at the bottom of the phone. According to the leaks, the top of the phone will bring an IR Blaster.
Last but not least, the renders confirm the Galactic Silver and Black color options for the phone.
OnePlus 11R alleged specifications
The specs of the OnePlus 11R are far from being a mystery, thanks to the leaks.
Under the hood, the OnePlus 11R will pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. The base model will get 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of Storage, but we won’t discard a higher option with 16 GB of RAM. The phone will pack a triple-camera setup with a 50 MP Sony IMX766 snapper leading the way.
The OnePlus 11R will get a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a 1,5K display resolution. The phone will get stereo speakers, NFC, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and will run Android 13 with OxygenOS 13. It draws its power from a 5,000 mAh battery.
Worth noting that the phone will launch in China on the same date as OnePlus Ace 2. The Ace 2 is said to bring 100W charging. We’re yet to see if the OnePlus 11R will get the same love.
