The Chinese smartphone maker Realme has just opened the curtains of a new entry-level smartphone. It is currently available in the domestic market and is dubbed Realme V30.
At first glance, it is clear that the model shares a similar design language to the Realme 10 series smartphones. However, there are some differences in the spec sheet. So, it is not a rebranded version of any Realme 10 phones.
Key Specs of Realme V30
On the front of the smartphone, there is a 6.52-inch IPS LCD panel. As the V30 is an entry-level smartphone, the screen features an HD+ resolution. And you will not be getting a high refresh rate either. The panel is stuck to a 60 Hz refresh rate.
For selfies and video calling, the Realme V30 comes with a 5MP front-facing camera. It sits within the waterdrop-notch that is present along the screen’s upper bezel.
On the back, you have a dual-ring camera design. It houses a pair of rear-facing sensors, which are 13MP primary and 8MP wide-angle cameras.

Under the hood of the Realme V30, you have Dimensity 700 chipset. You can pair this SoC with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. And thanks to the microSD card, you will have the full freedom to expand the storage even further.
Besides that, the phone is powered by a 5000mAh battery with 10W wired charging support. And the Realme V30 runs on Realme UI 3.0 that is based on Android 12.
Other noteworthy features included a 3.5mm headphone jack and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. In terms of colorways, there will be two different options. That is, the Realme V30 will come in Black and Gold color options. Finally, the phone’s price starts from 1,099 Yuan, around $162. And for the 8GB and 128 GB config, you can expect to spend around $191.
