Pixel 7 Series Is Full of Problems! Another Major Issue Reported by Users

Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro

The Pixel 7 Series has seemingly run into another truly unfortunate problem. It’s like a new day brings out a brand new problem for these smartphones. Previously, users were furious at Google for handling their complaints regarding the rear camera glass of the phones.

Now, users are reporting that the volume buttons of the Pixel 7 Pro are falling off. And, like the previous issue, nobody knows why the volume rockers of the phone are falling off.

New Day, New Issue for Pixel 7 Series

The topic first came to light by Nick Sutrich from Android Central. He made a post about the issue with his own Pixel 7 Pro. The saddening discovery was made after he removed the phone from his pocket and noticed that the volume rocker was detached.

Nick did some further investigation into the matter. He found that the volume rocker of the Pixel 7 Pro is actually more securely-designed than the ones found in the Galaxy S22 Ultra. That brings out the question, why is the problem a thing even with such a reinforced design?

Gizchina News of the week

Well, unfortunately, no one has the answer. And it is not like Nick was the only one facing this issue. Plenty of users have been reporting losing their volume rockers from Pixel 7 devices since 2022. In fact, 9to5Google has a forum that is full of reports. And the case is the same among Reddit users.

Among all the reports, surprisingly, one user faced an issue with their Pixel 7 Pro just after a week of using it.

That said, 9to5 found that Google representatives have informed the users that issues like this fall outside the device warranty. Yes, it is the same story as the spontaneous glass cracking of the rear camera array. Google really needs to step up if they want their upcoming Pixel phones to sell well.
