Poco C55 is launched with good specs for a low price

As expected, the Poco C55 smartphone has been officially launched in India today. The phone was initially hinted at last week, and a few additional details have since been revealed.

So, the C55 is Poco’s latest addition to the low-cost market, and considering that the base model only costs INR 9,499 ($115), it offers a pleasant mix of specifications. Panda Glass-protected 6.71-inch HD+ display with a waterdrop notch for the 5MP front camera. The touch sampling rate is 120Hz, while the normal refresh rate for screens is 60Hz.

Poco C55 is launched with Helio G85 and a 50MP main camera

The 50MP primary camera and 2MP depth sensor are both available in the Poco C55, which also boasts a fake leather back design. On the inside, we have MediaTek’s Helio G85 processor, which is paired with 4–6GB RAM and 64–128GB of expandable storage through a microSD card slot. The phone has a 5,000 mAh battery with MIUI 13 running on top of Android 12.

Also, the colors of the Poco C55 include Cool Blue, Power Black, and Forest Green. Priced at Rs 9,499 ($115) for the 4/64GB model and INR 10,999 ($133) for the 6/128GB model. Flipkart will begin conducting open sales in India on February 28.
