Redmi K60 Ultra specs
According to a new leak, this device is confirmed to use MediaTek Dimensity 9200 flagship SoC. This chip is built with TSMC’s 4nm process and uses an octa-core CPU architecture. The chip comes with the Cortex-X3 super-core with its main frequency of up to 3.05GHz. The CPU single-core performance is increased by 12% but the multi-core performance is increased by 10%. Furthermore, this device will sport a 1.5K OLED screen. The K50 Extreme Edition currently on sale uses a 1.5K straight screen with a screen resolution of 2712 x 1220, 446PPi, and supports a 120Hz high refresh rate.
It is worth noting that the 1.5K screen of the K50 Extreme Edition is provided by two suppliers, Huaxing and Tianma. Thus, the screen of the Redmi K60 Ultra is also expected to come from these manufacturers. Also, this new flagship device will support ultra-fast charging with a 100W capacity. It adopts a metal frame design and the launch period should be the third quarter of this year. Looking at the specs of the Redmi K60 Ultra, it is not a huge upgrade relative to the Redmi K50 Ultra. However, the specs of the camera are still under wraps. Thus, perhaps, the company will bring some decent upgrades to the camera.
