Huawei Nova 11 Series to Revolutionize Mid-Range Phones With Toughest Glass and Satellite Connectivity

Huawei Nova 10 Pro

Huawei is currently busy promoting the Huawei P60 series and Mate X3. But it does have another great series ready to launch, the Huawei Nova 11 series. Days (or weeks) before the official announcement, the lineup appears to already be in the conversation. And we are getting new info pretty much every day.

The latest one comes from a reputed Weibo tipster,Ā classmateguan. According to the tipster, the Huawei Nova 11 series is almost ready for launch and will come out strong. That is, it will feature the toughest glass as protection and will boast satellite connectivity.

Huawei Nova 11 Series to Come with Kunlun Glass and Satellite Communication

According to the latest reports, the Huawei Nova 11 phones will boast Kunlun Glass. Huawei announced that the glass will feature a nano microcrystalline glass technology. That technology came to be through 10 quadrillion-level nanocrystals. And as you can guess, this tech enhances the glass’s strength to a considerable level.

It’s pretty surprising to see Huawei expand the reach of Kunlun to more devices. Before, we only saw its presence in the premium lineup of the Chinese manufacturer. Huawei has also adopted a better design for the Nova 11 series. That will make the phones look and feel more premium in the hands.

Huawei Satellite feature

Other than that, the Nova 11 phones are expected to come with satellite connectivity. To recall, the Huawei Mate 50 series were the first to bring this technology to the world. And over time, Huawei has pushed the limits of the tech and integrated it into its smartwatch.

Within the first 6-months of the first introduction, Huawei brought out the 2nd Gen. And there’s a chance that the Nova 11 series will come with the 2nd Gen version instead of the 1st Gen one.

Furthermore,Ā fixed focus digitalĀ mentioned the Nova 11 phones will feature a triple camera setup. But the most important part is that there will be a very large primary sensor.

There’s no specific info available about the size. But, it would be safe to say the primary sensor will have impressive light-absorbing capabilities. Also, the Pro or Ultra model could bring a Periscope zoom camera. And the regular Nova 11 phone could boast a regular telephoto sensor.

The front camera of the Nova 11 phones is likely to see an upgrade. To look back, the Nova 10 phones were the first to bring a 60MP selfie sensor with a telephoto on the front. So, fans are hoping to see something more impressive on the front camera department of the new phones. Maybe, Huawei will indeed bring more tech to the front camera department.

The Processor of the Huawei Nova 11 Series

Under the hood, Huawei Nova 11 series will come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ SoC. Do note that this is the same SoC present in the P60 series, which is the current flagship offering from Huawei. So, it will be interesting to see how the new mid-range devices hold up against the flagships of the brand.

Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1

On that note, a recent tip suggested that the Nova 11 phones will equip the fastest version of the Snapdragon 8+ chipset. That means the devices should be able to offer great performance. At least, the devices will be comparable to the latest Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2-equipped phones.
