These 16 Xiaomi Smartphones are Now Receiving MIUI 14 Update

Xiaomi is currently going on with its major software updates. The company is making progress in updating all of its eligible devices to the latest MIUI 14 software update. The Chinese tech giant has now announced the next in line to receive the big global update. Initially, the company confirmed 18 devices that were in line to receive the MIUI 14 software. These 18 devices included some of the most recent flagship devices. These devices include Xiaomi Mi 11, Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12T series.

Later on, the company confirmed its plans to upgrade about twelve (12) POCO devices. However, the update process for the POCO devices may be a bit slower. This is because the company intends to roll out the update throughout the Q2 and Q3 of 2023.

16 Xiaomi Devices Are Receiving the MIUI 14 Update MIUI 14 Update

In a Twitter post, Xiaomi confirmed that it is rolling out the MIUI 14 update to 16 new Xiaomi Devices. These devices are Xiaomi’s 10th generation smartphones. It also includes some tablet devices. For this quarter, the list below shows the Xiaomi devices that are currently receiving the MIUI 14 system update. These devices include:

Both Android 12 and 13 Can Run MIUI 14 Update MIUI 14 Update

It is worth noting that upgrading to the MIUI 14 does not necessarily mean the device is updating to Android 13. Xiaomi actually bases the MIUI 14 on both Android 12 and Android 13. This means, devices running both Android 12 and Android 13 are eligible to receive the new update. The company has also confirmed the release of a separate second POCO devices rollout plan. There is also a separate update plans for all Indian devices which the company may possibly share on its Indian Twitter account.
