Popular tipster Ice Universe has shared the first render of the Xiaomi 14 Pro on Twitter. The image shows the device with a quad-curved display on the front. Additionally, the bezels are symmetrical and narrow on all sides. It gives Xiaomi 14 Pro a stunning full-screen design.
Moreover, the tipster believes that Xiaomi will gradually replace Samsung as a competitor to Apple in terms of design. He says, “From Note10 to S23 Ultra, the chin of Samsung’s mobile phone has not improved and there is no enterprise.” Samsung has been slow to update the design of its smartphones, and the chin of its devices has not improved since the Note 10.

Xiaomi’s flagship series has consistently offered the latest processor from Qualcomm Snapdragon. And the Xiaomi 14 Pro is also expected to follow suit. That means we are likely to see Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC in the smartphone. Reliable leaks from DCS also confirm that the device will come equipped with the SM8650 chip, which is Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
Reports say that the SoC will feature an ultra-fast prime Cortex-X4 core with clock speeds at a whopping 3.7GHz. The architecture will follow a 1+5+2 configuration.
Moreover, the 14 Pro is rumored to have a large 5,000mAh battery pack. Interestingly, there is the possibility of two different wired charging options, with rates of 90W and 120W. While the phone might also come with 50W wireless fast charging support.
