Lu Weibing, the President of Xiaomi, has brought out an exciting announcement today. He officially announced the arrival of Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 in August. The President gave out the announcement to a question on Weibo, a famous Chinese social media platform.
In the comments, he mentioned that Xiaomi has a factory upgrade. Known as Smart Factory, this upgrade will mass produce the Xiaomi Mix Fold 3. That is, the foldable phone will mark the debut of Xiaomi’s new factory. And as the factory equips some crucial improvements, the upcoming foldable will see many upgrades.
What Upgrades Can You Expect from Xiaomi Mix Fold 3
Lu Weibing stated that Xiaomi’s new factory has undergone significant upgrades in terms of manufacturing systems. All these upgrades will make sure that the Mix Fold 3 is more robust and durable than the Mix Fold 2. Furthermore, the factory upgrade aims to make the upcoming device even thinner than its predecessor.
The Mix Fold 3 is also confirmed to have Leica-brand cameras. This Leica tuning makes camera systems more capable of taking amazing shots.
