The Honor V Purse delivers a “Phone-to-Purse” concept, and is the beginning of a new kind of product under the foldable segment. This is the first time we see this category of smartphones joining a “fashionable” segment.
The Honor V Purse is less than 9mm when folded, which is thinner than some regular flagship smartphones in the market. It seamlessly transforms the foldable smartphone into the ultimate phy-gital fashion statement, thanks to the AOD display features that mimic a handbag design. It also has interesting design elements like chains, feathers and tassels that reach and sway with the smartphone while it is move.

Silicon-Carbon Battery and Titanium Hinge
Honor continues with its innovative Silicon-Carbon battery tech. The technology allows the company to deliver a 5,000 mAh battery that has a average thickness of just 2.72mm. It has always been hard for smartphone makers to bring large batteries on devices of this kind. Honor is innovating in this aspect thanks to the Silicon-carbon battery technology.
The Magic V2 also brings a new generation Titanium Hinge with Honor’s proprietary steel. This provides extra durability to the hinge mechanism.
The Honor Magic V2’s hinge has its durability certification ensured by SGS. The hinge can withstand more than 400,000 folds, ensuring a lifespan of around ten years for folding 100 times day.
The Camera Setup
The Honor Magic V2 will pack a Triple-Camera Setup at the back. It has a 50 MP main camera with f/1.9 aperture, a 50 MP ultrawide camera with f/2.0 aperture, and a 20 MP telephoto (f/2.4) shooter. For selfies and video-calls the device has a dual-camera setup with two 16 MP cameras (f/2.2).
The Magic V2 also supports industry-leading 3,840 Hz PWM tech that minimizes eye strain, ensuring comfortable viewing experience.
A new Honor 90 Color Option
Honor’s IFA goodies ended with the reveal of a new color option for the Honor 90. In fact, the company took to the stage to announce the Honor 90 won the EISA Award as the Best Buy Smartphone 2023-2024. In celebration to the win, Honor announce the Peacock Blue color for the Honor 90 globally.
