AnTuTu has just revealed the top-performing mid range Android phones as of August 2023. The list contains 10 of the best mid range phones that are all about value and performance.

In other words, these are the phones that you would want to get if you don’t want to spend too much getting a flagship phone but want to get a smooth user experience. But, of course, if you’re looking for the best mid range phones, you need to narrow your options to the top three options from the list of AnTuTu. After all, they are the leaders in terms of performance.

Redmi Note 12 Turbo – Best Mid Range Phone of 2023

The Redmi Note 12 Turbo, introduced back in March of this year, is currently holding the top position on AnTuTu in the mid range category. As you can see from the picture I’ve attached above, the phone gets an impressive benchmark score of 1,148,376.

This mid-range phone comes with a Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 SoC, up to 16GB of RAM, 5000mAh storage, and an impressive 6.67-inch OLED screen. This screen supports Dolby Vision, 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and can get reasonably bright in challenging lighting conditions.

Realme GT Neo 5 SE – The Runner-Up

Realme GT Neo 5 SE, released back in April of this year, achieved the second spot in the top 10 list of AnTuTu. However, there’s only a slight difference between the Redmi Note 12 Turbo and Realme GT Neo 5 SE. The GT Neo 5 SE scored 1,146,607 points in the benchmark, just 1,769 behind the Note 12 Turbo.

Seeing such a close performance shouldn’t be surprising, though. After all, both the Note 12 Turbo and the Realme GT Neo 5 SE come with Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 SoC. Also, you can get this mid range phone with up to 16GB of RAM, making it perfect for handling demanding tasks and multitasking.

iQOO Neo 7 SE – The Dimensity Mid Range Champ

The third place on the list shared by AnTuTu is held by the iQOO Neo 7 SE. Unlike the first two devices, this mid range device comes with a Dimensity 8200 chipset. It’s basically the upper mid range SoC from MediaTek.

Nonetheless, the iQOO Neo 7 SE scores a whopping 949,742 points in the benchmark test. This score made this mid range phone edge out the Vivo S17 Pro and Oppo Reno 10 Pro 5G. They are in the fourth and fifth positions, respectively.
