As for the Redmi K70, Xiaomi has delivered a proper successor to the K60 lineup. It brings a number of improvements over their predecessors. And the device still maintains competitive pricing, making it comfortably sit in the market as an alternative to pricey flagships.

On the back, the Redmi K70 features a 50MP primary sensor. It’s a new sensor that flaunts an f/1.6 aperture and is 1/1.55-inch in size. The main sensor also brings OIS (Optical Image Stabilization), ensuring steady videos and pictures. This camera is paired with 8MP ultrawide and 2MP depth sensors.
The Redmi K70 packs a 16MP sensor on the front. While Xiaomi hasn’t revealed any specs of this sensor, it appears to be the same as the Redmi K60.
Battery, OS, and Other Features of Redmi K70
A 5000mAh battery powers the internals of the Redmi K70. It sports a 120-watt fast charging rate, which allows the device to fully charge in just 18 minutes. The device comes with a dedicated G1 battery management and P2 charging chipsets. These two monitor the battery during charging and discharging, ensuring prolonged battery life.
To keep the system cool during extreme loads, the Redmi K70 features a 5000-square-meter cooling system. This system features a Vapor Chamber, which, with its large area, will offer better cooling than the predecessor.

Pricing and Availability of Redmi K70
The Redmi K70 will be up for sale in China starting December 1. It will be up for grabs in four colorways: Blue, Violet, Black, and White. As for the pricing, the base model with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage will go to CNY2499, which is around US$350. On the other hand, the high-end variant with 16GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage will have a price tag of CNY3399, approximately US$480.
