Nova 12 series Tipped Specifications
Among the highlights, the vanilla variant will include the Kirin 830 chipset. Meanwhile, the Pro and Ultra will arrive with the Kirin 9000s chip. Interestingly, the Huawei Nova 12 Ultra may bring a Kirin 9000s variant with a slightly lower clock at 2.42 GHz. That is a small downgrade over the 2.62 GHz achieved by the Kirin 9000s on the Huawei Mate 60 series. However, considering the lower pricing point, the downgrade makes sense.
The remaining specifications for the Huawei Nova 12 series remain a mystery. The company will likely publish more teasers to build up the hype for them in the coming days. Apart from the processor, the 12 Ultra model will also include 100W fast charging as confirmed in certification. It will also include satellite connectivity and bring a 50 MP main camera with variable f/1.4 – f/4.0 aperture from its predecessor.
The three smartphones are expected to come in 4G and 5G models and will include Huawei’s HarmonyOS 4.0 straight out of the box. They will also be equipped with BOE OLED displays and will bring a huge battery in the 5,000 mAh capacity range. We expect Huawei to keep sharing more details in the coming days.
