The Honor Tablet 9 arrives with a sleek profile. It has just 555 grams of weight and 6.96 mm overall thickness. It’s an all-metal body which makes it look like a premium tablet even though it’s a mid-range device. The Honor Tablet 9 sells in White, Blue, or Gray colors with either 8 GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of Storage and 12 GB of RAM with 256GB/512GB of Storage.
Under the hood, the Tablet 9 is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1. Qualcomm’s first mid-range chipset under the new vocabulary brings efficient 4nm manufacturing to the budget segment. The tablet has 4 x ARM Cortex-A78 cores for performance tasks and 4 x ARM Cortex-A55 cores for energy efficiency. This chipset is enough for regular social media, streaming apps, and web browsing. The Honor Tablet 9 is on sale starting today at CNY 1,599 ($223). Honor is offering an early-bird discount of CNY 100. The variant with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of Storage costs CNY 1,699 ($237). The model with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of Storage costs CNY 1,999 ($279) whereas the one with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of Storage costs CNY 2,199 ($307).
