Yesterday, Sky Li, founder and CEO of Realme, shared a teaser for the upcoming release of the new Note series on X/ Twitter. In addition, the firm’s CEO for the Europe region, Francis Wong, posted plans for 2024 on his social handle. The introduction of a new product line that differs from the existing GT, Number, and C series is one of the important points addressed. Wong states that the goal of this action is to ‘face the competition more straightly.’ Consequently, today the company’s officials in the Philippines region disclosed the details of the new lineup. The upcoming addition of the product line will be the brand’s first global release for 2024, launching in the Philippines. More importantly, they have also announced the launch date for the upcoming Note 50.

According to the official announcement, the Realme Note 50 will launch in the Philippines on January 23, 2024. It will be launched as the company’s first global release in 2024. Moreover, the Note 50 will be offered in blue and black hues. Following its launch in the Philippines, we anticipate that the device will make its way to other global markets.

The Realme Note 50’s distinctive appearance suggests that it may be a renamed variant of an intriguing phone. Eventually, the device’s characteristics that were leaked imply that it may be an upgraded version of the Realme C51. Expectations for the Note 50 specs include a 6.74-inch IPS LCD with a bright display reaching up to 560 nits, a 90Hz refresh rate, and HD+ resolution. The smartphone will include a 5,000mAh battery with support for 10W fast charging, a Unisoc T612 processor, and 4 GB of RAM. It may come with as much as 128 GB of storage. It could have a 50-megapixel dual-camera setup on the back and a 5-megapixel camera on the front. According to related reports, Realme is rumoured to announce the Note 1 in Indonesia on January 24.
