As the video attached below shows, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra has a much larger vapor chamber than its predecessor. This larger size means the new cooling solution is more capable of dissipating heat. With that, it also means that the thermals of the system shouldn’t be too high when you the phone under load.

This is a good thing as the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra features the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy. The “for Galaxy” chipsets tend to come with slightly higher frequencies than the standard SoCs. This overclocking can definitely benefit from a better cooling solution.
And with a better cooling setup, the Galaxy S24 Ultra has the potential to score much higher than other phones with 8 Gen 3 in benchmarks. Besides the larger vapor cooling chamber, the teardown also showcases other internal aspects. One of the notable things is the pull tabs for the battery. These tabs mean that the battery is easily replaceable.
