After multiple leaks and teasers, Xiaomi is finally ready to unveil the Xiaomi 14 Ultra. The most exciting variant of the Xiaomi 14 series will reach the Chinese market on February 22. That’s two days before the company’s MWC event on Sunday, February 25. At MWC the company is expected to globally reveal the Xiaomi 14 and the 14 Ultra. The next flagship will be revealed in China at 7 PM local time on February 22.
The brand revealed the launch date and also took the opportunity to reveal the smartphone in Black and White. The images come along with some camera samples and key specifications for the upcoming flagship smartphone. Besides the new smartphone, Xiaomi also confirmed the launch of the Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro 12.4 at the same stage.

Xiaomi 14 Ultra Key Specifications
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra will retain most of the design of its predecessor. The Ultra series is marked by the use of a large circular camera island at the back. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra will keep its design and will bring a total of four cameras. The smartphone is expected to include a 50 MP main camera with f/1.6 aperture, Laser Auto-Focus and OIS. It will be aided by a 50 MP periscope telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom. There will also be a 50 MP telephoto shooter with 3.2x optical zoom and a 50 MP ultrawide snapper. The phone is also expected to include a ToF 3D depth sensor.
The Ultra will also come with a 6.73-inch LTPO AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and QHD+ resolution with 3,200 x 1,440 pixels. It will be covered by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and will have a centered punch-hole for the selfie camera. The phone will be equipped with a huge 5,300 mAh battery with 90W wired charging.
