Since Qualcomm revealed its new Snapdragon 8s Gen3 processor recently, Chinese companies are competing to launch new phones with this chip. According to the latest news, iQOO might be launching a smartphone powered by this new chipset but also more devices with other capable processors. Furthermore, there is also a tablet in the making. Let’s check out the fresh news about the upcoming devices of iQOO below.
The key specifications of three different devices have been tipped by Digtial Chat Station. It reveals processor, display, battery, and even camera information for some devices. The tipster did not mention the name of the devices, but thanks to previous leaks and rumors, we already have an idea which device is the tipster referring to. iQOO Z9 Turbo
The first device comes with an OLED panel with a 1.5K resolution. Moreover, it has the SM8635 processor, which essentially means the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. Finally, it is also tipped to have a massive 6,000mAh battery capacity. If we combine this tipped information, it seems that this device may be the iQOO Z9 Turbo. iQOO Pad 2
The second device seems to be a tablet featuring a 13-inch LCD panel with a 3.1K resolution. This device is tipped to come with the Dimensity 9300 processor. While the battery capacity is a huge one with 11,500mAh. Previously, we wrote about the iQOO Pad 2, and it is likely that the tipster is referring to this device. iQOO Neo 10
The last device that is tipped has the flagship-grade Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. Moreover, it gets a 1.5K OLED display. For the camera, this unknown device supports a 50MP shooter with OIS. Currently, there is no exact moniker known. However, it is highly likely that it belongs to the Neo 10 series, probably the Neo 10. The use of Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor may hint that this phone will be launched to tackle the Redmi K70 Pro in the Chinese market.
That said, this is all unofficial news for now, hence should be taken with a pinch of salt. From the tipped specifications, we can see that iQOO is trying to keep their device performance-centric with the use of powerful prcoessors available currently in the market. We expect iQOO to introduce these smartphones sometime in Q2 2024.
