Apple fans are excited about the fourth-generation iPhone SE 4, which is expected to bring a lot of improvements. Recently, the phone has been appearing on the news multiple times. Now, a new leak has surfaced, revealing the case of the iPhone SE 4. It reveals the potential design language for the smartphone. As we previously anticipated, the iPhone SE 4 will bring a major design overhaul, and this new leak also confirms it.
The iPhone SE series has utilised the iPhone 8’s body for the past two generations. It featured Touch ID and an old-school display. Now, the tech giant is expected to say farewell to the old design language and bring out something modern for its cheaper phone. The latest leak, coming from a Weibo user, confirms the presence of a modern-looking display.
iPhone SE 4 bids farewell to Touch ID
As you can see in the leak, the case of the iPhone SE 4 has a notch similar to that of the iPhone 13. The notch houses the Face ID, which will be the first for the SE lineup. Previously, we reported that the iPhone SE 4 may feature a 6.1″ display supplied by BOE. Hence, the display will be a big upgrade over the previous iPhone SE.

On the rear side, the leaked case reveals a single camera sensor accompanied by an LED flash. The case cover exposes that the sensor will be bigger, however there will be no ultrawide or other sensors to keep the cost lower. From the rear side, the iPhone SE 4 resembles the iPhone XR.
Coming to the side of the leaked iPhone SE 4 case, we can see the volume rockers and a Mute Switch. Previously, the iPhone SE 4 was rumoured to feature an Action Button. However, the leaked cover of the phone suggests otherwise. That said, the iPhone SE 4’s design looks interesting with the modern display. However, it is still a mystery if Apple will increase the price since there are a lot of improvements.
