iQOO is gearing up to introduce a new variant for the iQOO Neo 9 series in China. The device in question is dubbed iQOO Neo 9S Pro and has been spotted on the 3C certification website as well as in the Google Play Console listing. The device brings impressive flagship specifications like the Dimensity 9300 SoC and 120W fast-charging tech.
iQOO Neo 9S Pro Confirmed with 120W Charging
The Neo 9S Pro was spotted at China’s Compulsory Certification (3C) with model number V2339FA. The listing reveals that the testing used chargers with the model number V12060L0A0-CN and V12060L1A0-CN. These chargers support 15W, 18W, 66W, and 120W power output. Furthermore, they also offer support for USB Power Delivery at 15W, 27W, 36W, 45W, and 100W fast charging.
In addition to the 3C certification, the upcoming smartphone passed by the Google Play Console database. Interestingly, one device with the iQOO Neo 9S Pro appeared earlier on the Google Play listing. The same listing is now updated with the device’s name removed. In place of the device’s name, the model number V2339FA is appearing the Google Play Console listing. It suggests that the V2339FA is, in fact, the iQOO Neo 9S Pro.

Dimensity 9300 at the Helm
The Google Play Console further confirms the presence of a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC. That’s the same chipset found within the Vivo X100 Pro flagship. It has 4 x ARM Cortex-X4 cores and four ARM Cortex-A720 cores for extreme performance. The device also has a powerful Mali-G720 or Immortalis-G720 GPU and 12 GB of RAM. The device comes pre-loaded with Android 14 and OriginOS 4 might be running atop the Chinese variant. Judging by the specs, the iQOO Neo 9s Pro has everything performance lovers expect from a smartphone.
Last but not least, Google Play Console confirms a 1.5K resolution for smartphones (2,800 x 1,260 pixels). There is a render of the device in blue color which suggests it will look similar to the iQOO Neo 9 Pro.
For now, there is still no official information regarding the Neo 9S Pro. However, we expect the first details and possibly a launch confirmation to appear in the coming weeks.
