Redmi recently unveiled its latest tablet: the Redmi Pad Pro. However, it was launched without cellular connectivity. This means you cannot use any SIM cards on the currently available version of the Redmi Pad Pro. This might be an issue depending on the person, as some people like to use SIM cards on their tablets for conditions like the unavailability of WiFi. Therefore, Redmi seems to be preparing for the launch of the new Redmi Pad Pro 5G version.
The Redmi Pad Pro’s new version was spotted on the HyperOS source code, making it quite credible. The original Redmi Pad Pro has the codename “dizi“. But the model spotted on HyperOS comes with the codename “ruan“. The report by AndroidHeadlines has also spotted three model numbers for the upcoming tablet. The model numbers break down as follows: 24074RPD2G (global), 24074RPD2I (India), and 24074RPD2C (China).
