Vivo X100 Ultra is the upcoming flagship smartphone from the Chinese company. The smartphone is expected to come with top-tier camera performance. Considering the great camera setup on the X100 Pro model, we have high hopes with the upcoming X100 Ultra. That said, the launch of the phone is imminent as it gets new certification which also hints at two different versions.

Vivo X100 series currently consists of two phones including the standard X100 and the X100 Pro. Now, we anticipate the release of three new models in the series including the X100s, X100s Pro, and X100 Ultra. Earlier reports suggested a joint launch for the three upcoming models. Now, we have obtained more reliable information through the certification of the X100 Ultra.

According to DigitalChatStation, the Vivo X100 Ultra comes with 5G and satellite connectivity variants. The Vivo X100 Ultra gets two model numbers including V2366GA and V2366HA. The “GA” refers to the 5G variant of the phone. While the “HA” hints at the model with satellite connectivity. The certification of the 5G variant has been done by the 3C authority which reveals the support of 80W fast charging. With this certification, we can expect the phones to be announced in May.

The previous reports have suggested a focus on the camera department with the X100 Ultra. The phone may feature a 50MP LYT-900 primary sensor paired with a 50MP ultrawide and 50MP telephoto camera. Previously, we also reported the phone getting a 200MP periscope telephoto lens. The phone may feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel with a high refresh rate. As the other X100 models have Dimensity processors, Vivo will bring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for the X100 Ultra flagship phone.
