Oppo finally took the wraps of its new mid-range Oppo A-series smartphone dubbed Oppo A60. The smartphone appeared in the Google Play Console earlier this month for those unaware. Today, it quietly went official in Vietnam. This probably is just the first market to get the smartphone, we expect more markets to receive it, thus making the Oppo A60 a globally-available smartphone. The smartphone is not a direct successor to the Oppo A59 from December 2023 as it lacks 5G connectivity. It can be considered a successor for the Oppo A58 4G from July 2023. Without further ado, let’s dive into the specifications of the upcoming smartphone.
Oppo A60 Specifications
The Oppo A60 has a 6.67-inch IPS LCD screen with a 90 Hz refresh rate and 950nits peak brightness. The phone has an HD+ resolution with 1,604 x 720 pixels and a 240 Hz sampling rate. Under the hood, the smartphone boasts 8 GB of RAM and is paired with either 128 GB or 256 GB of UFS 2.2 Storage. Regarding optics, the Oppo A60 has a 50 MP main camera and a 2 MP decorative helper for depth or bokeh effect. The phone also has an 8 MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
