Earlier this month, Realme unveiled the 4G variant of its entry-level smartphone Realme C65. Now, the company is adding the 5G version of the phone to its roster. The Realme C65 5G comes with a slew of decent features and the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC.
Realme C65 5G Specifications and Features
The chipset is one of the big highlights of this smartphone. After all, the Realme C65 5G is the first device equipped with the Dimensity 6300. The chipset is a successor to the Dimensity 6100+ featuring an overclocked main Cortex-A76 CPU cluster. It has 2 x ARM Cortex-A76 cores operating at 2.4 GHz and 6 x ARM Cortex-A55 cores at 2 GHz. The chipset is manufactured on TSMC’s 6nm process and features a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. According to MediaTek, the new chip will offer a 10% boost in CPU performance compared to the outgoing 6100+.
The Realme C65 5G comes with up to 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of Internal Storage. The memory is expandable up to 2 TB via a micro SD card. The device runs Android 14-based Realme UI 5.0 straight out of the box, with Realme promising two years of Android OS updates and three years of security patches.

Display, Camera and Battery
The smartphone flaunts a 6.67-inch HD+ 120Hz LCD with 625 nits peak brightness. It supports Rainwater Smart Touch and has a centered punch-hole for the 8 MP selfie snapper. The fingerprint scanner is embedded in the power button.
Moving around to the back, there is a circular camera cutout with four circles. However, out of the four, only two are used for cameras. The phone has a 50 MP primary camera and a flicker sensor. The third hole is for the LED flash, while the fourth is just for aesthetics and symmetry.
The Realme C65 draws its power from a 5,000 mAh battery with 15W support. Other neat features include an IP54 rating, a USB-C port, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a dedicated micro SD card slot. The phone also comes with some interesting software features. We have Air Gestures, Mini Capsule 2.0, Dynamic Button, and AI Boost. The last one combines Smooth Boost and Game Boost. As per Realme, these features reduce lag and improve high-frame-rate gaming performance.
Pricing and Availability
The Realme C65 5G comes in Feather Green and Glowing Black color options with three memory options. 4GB/64GB, 4GB/128GB, and 6GB/128GB. The phone costs INR 10,499 ($125/€120), INR ($140/€130), and INR 12,499 ($150/€140), respectively. It will go on sale in India later today through Realme’s official Indian website, Flipkart, and mainline stores.
